My stay was awesome for five nights. the staff were elegant and charming too. - In love with particularly good rooms with a garden view. - A casual restaurant was great. - Everything was simply wonderful.

Overall the room is extremely pleasant, air-conditioned and includes a mini bar and good quality sheets...

the location in a very nice area was particularly good and beautiful and there were a market and stores nearby. the triple room was reasonably large and airy with a garden view. everything exceeded high expectations, i would like to stay there on the next trip.

The venue is extremely convenient and well-maintained with very efficient staff. the property's location is peaceful and nice, just next door to such an establishment.

Peaceful stay for two nights at the start of our safari in Kenya. Traditional hotel in a very nice area. - Close to the friendliness and accommodating nature of the employees. - Convenient proximity to the airport and the outskirts of Nairobi.

Breakfast is stellar, the availability of people to accompany guests on the street is an excellent feature.

Concierge is not properly trained and borderline inept. Very limited in ability to provide service. Be careful that hotel third parties deliver the same person as promised and don't bait and switch guide to driver.

The price is too high for what is offered. The transportation from the hotel is very expensive.

It took 3 calls to the reception and 30 minutes to bring a blanket. The room extremely cold.

The accommodations are very nice and well-kept, and you can find hot water from the cold taps, the staff is attentive and you can easily park your car close by.

The breakfast had a variety of options, including made-to-order eggs and delicious omelets. the staff at Fairmont the Norfolk is professional and accommodating. - the hotel is located in a peaceful area with nearby parking available. - Just a short walk from the hotel, there is a cool spot called Valley Coffee Shake that serves great desserts.

The room was comfortable and clean. Pool and gym were nice.

The service was very poor. The concierge 'forgot' to make our reservation for an airport transfer and charged us extra for their mistake, which was only apparent at check out. We nearly missed our flight as a result of this mishap. We made an official complaint to the hotel and did not receive response, nor did they apologise. We will never stay at a Fairmont establishment ever again because of this treatment.
